Ann Innes:  A Callanetics instructor since 1992, Ann began teaching yoga in 1999.  Over
the past 16 years, Ann owned and operated her own Callanetics Studio and was trained in
Hatha Yoga by Jonny Kest, nationally known instructor.  In addition to Callanetics and yoga,
she is certified in Yamuna Body Rolling and Reiki applications.  Recently moved from
Michigan to Napa Valley, she brings her knowledge of the mind-body connection to the
area.  She hopes that her expertise and enthusiasm will help each individual student
achieve their optimal physical health and spiritual well-being.
Nicole Abiouness: Nicole began her yoga training back in 1998 studying the Iyengar
tradition under the guidance of Jaki and Allan Nett. She was then introduced to the
heart-oriented Anusara yoga about 5 years ago and has beenstudying it ever since. Last
fall after completing a year long immersion and teacher training with Sianna Sherman she
became a certified Anusara-Inspired yoga teacher.

Paula Pavanis: Join Paula as you safely and playfully explore your personal yogic path.  
Trained in the Hatha style, Paula integrates a lifetime of mind-body awareness studies with
a background as a nurse to create lively classes intended to lovingly guide you inward
toward your personal wellsprings of freedom, wholeness, and health.
Juliana Machado:  With her background in dance and study of awareness through
movement, Juliana brings to It's Yoga certifications in Ashtanga and Forrest.  She has
been teaching and practicing yoga in New York, Miami and Los Angeles since 2002.  She
teaches a Vinyasa Flow class with attention to breath and awareness of movement and
mind adjusting the pace to participants' needs and levels.
